What about leveraging the asset library of the new versions of blender?
This technique is for people who won't be updating to 3.0. Also, 3.0 is still in alpha so most people may try it out but won't use it for production yet.
I liked the tip; helps a lot
I'm glad it helped. :)
Groups are good to "Link" Parts too. If you want to use same shading on several parts, and the client want it to change it maybe "more red" (lol), or shinyer etc. You change it in the group and it will change everywhere.
Yes, I use groups on more complicated materials but not on really simple ones.
I have a pack that I gave away on my YouTube channel that uses groups for some of the materials.
