Eric Moreno is a bonafide industry veteran, having worked on titles such as five Assassin's Creeds, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Far Cry 3, and more. He has even crossed paths with Mathew Luhn, the director of the upcoming Blender Open Movie Sprite Fright, by attending one of his character design masterclasses.
In the interview, Eric goes into detail describing his storied path and the fascinating road that led him into 3D, before outlining his character design process and talking about the benefits of Blender, which include forgoing the need of going back and forth between a dozen software to produce an asset.
