Add-on: Scene Detection In the Video Sequence Editor

I spend countless of hours, days, months and years on trying to improve the Blender VSE with very limited outcome compared to the time invested. I got some 70-80 patches commited, tho and I been involved in around 125 add-ons for the VSE and the Text Editor combined.
