I don't think it's a Cycles render... Glossy materials tend to have lots of Cycles artifacts...
Unless he spent considerably long render time...

Im not a Blender expert. This will not therefore go down well. I have problems with the shadow clipping. The shoes are always a problem in any CG ive ever seen. I cannot decern what material she is made from, the background is nay on poinless and looks like no consideration was made towards it and lastly (thank f**k) the eyes man? Sorry but as you know there will always be some c**t who gives you a honest 38 year old oppinion who cannot himself do better. 8 out of 10 but could have got 8.5
First the shoes are not shoes there part of her body material, this is not a human incase you could not see that. and to be frank even though my name is not frank, This is a piece of art work like many of the other creations. this is the real honest oppinion of a 40 year old who actually knows a thing or two about the arts. this like so much art is supposed to help the viewer use there imagination, so instead of trying to knock something down that you know nothing about "your words" use what god gave you, your imagination, it wll set you free. respect your elders.
