I am a video editor from England, I work for a video production company as an editor but enjoy creating my own videos in my spare time. In the last couple of year I became very interested in visual effects and 3D models so I started learning Blender and absolutely love it.

I haven't got time at the moment to make a full tutorial but what I can do is give you links to tutorials that I used to learn how to do it, if that helps at all

For tracking the scene I used tracking data from After Effects, so to learn that I used this tutorial - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPb4umDyDDA&t=407s

And then for adding the CGI model into the video, in this tutorial this guy explains how you get it to fit into your scene really well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hymtATx1QXw

For modelling BB8 I used this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4d7e-fd40k
I then edited the textures in photoshop a bit to add more of a rusty 'used' look.

And then for the wall smash I used the RBDLab addon to break the wall, and I projected the texture from the footage onto the plane to make it fit, and then played around with the exposure of the fake wall in After Effects to get it to fit into the footage better.

Hope that helps if you were wanting to know anything particular! :)
