How to make a quick and simple low poly animated scene

1

The YouTube Channel of Alimayo Arango has managed to stay under my radar for a long time, and I was amazed at the amount and quality of his content. Today, he presents his first tutorial here on how to make a quick low poly terrain, then how to add a quick low poly city-scape to the scene.

Alimayo Arango writes:

Someone asked me "what do you do with Blender models after you have modeled them? With that question in mind I made this tutorial.

This tutorial shows how to make a basic sky dome for the background of the scene. Cameras are shown how to be placed around the scene as well as how they can be tracked to empties to for easier targeting of the cameras focus. How to bind cameras to markers along the time line are also show so that the cameras switch to each camera as the time line progresses.

Lastly some very quick simple instructions are given as far as setting up the scene to render using freestyle to bring an anime, cartoon, or graphic novel look to the scene.
