Animation studio The Magnificent Itch used Blender for the modeling and UV-ing of all the assets in this video.
Stefan Wernik writes:
Cancer Australia worked with animation studio The Magnificent Itch to create a new online short to drive traffic to their website. It tells the story of how someone affected by cancer can work with Cancer Australia to help create better outcomes for themselves and others.
To give the film a broader the appeal the studio decided that, rather than rely on voice over, they would use a purely visual approach to get the ideas across.
Blender played a major part in the pipeline with all the modelling and UVing done in the program. The characters were then animated in Maya.
