Having done lots of testing with Blender last year, I made a collection of some of these tests in a 2013 demo reel. It is a mix of modeling, texturing, character animation, medical animation, render tests etc. ... an interesting learning process!
All of the modeling is done with Blender. Most of the rendering with Cycles. For interactivity, Away 3D is used. Some post production is done in After Effects.

Anything with a Citroën DS in it is worth a look. :)
Beautiful man! By the way, how did you do the interactive thing with the heart? That would be worth a tutorial! :-)
Thanks,
The heart is modeled & textured in Blender. Afterwards it was exported to a readable format for Away3D (many options: 3ds, obj, ...), an open source 3D engine. With Actionscript, you can import your models and script the interaction. Yes, Flash based ... but they recently announced they are evolving to web based Javascript functionality with Typescript. I should give it a try!
Thanks you! I'll take a look!!
I'd second a tutorial on the interactive heart. I need to do something similar for a Not For Profit org and this would really help.
Can you assist?

Hi David,
When I have some time, I'll do my best to set up a tutorial which specifically demonstrates the workflow from Blender to interactive 3D with Away 3D.
