New independent sci-fi series in development


david-winfield-suitPaul Caggegi is working on an animation series in Blender. He's keeping a diary of his progress. This month's edition is very well produced and certainly worth watching!

Over the past two years, I have been developing a sci-fi series entitled "Character Development". I have recently gotten to the stage where I've begun modeling, texturing and rigging - all in Blender.

I wish to draw your attention to the latest blog post on the process diary. I demonstrate some box-modeling in Blender in relation to character modeling. I would be happy to write out an article and send it to you. There will be more Blender-specific posts coming up in the near future.

    Cheers, folks. The next video will be going up in a couple of weeks. It will deal with multi-res sculpting, and "cheating" for large scale landscapes. If anyone has tips on these already, or can point me to existing tutorials, please get in contact with me. I like to do some homework before I get started.
