I am happy to announce another Blender Class here in Kingsport, Tennessee, USA. This class will be a weekly, continuing class on Wednesday evenings at the Renaissance Center, room 313. We will begin on January 9 and meet through the end of March. More can be found on the Kingsport Art Guild Website or at my site. There has been even more interest here in Blender since the Kingsport's First International Digital Art Show here in December.
Also I will be giving a free, two hour demonstration at the Eastman Employee Center, room 223, on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. for the Senior Photography Club.
For more information on these events feel free to call me at (423) 863-2864, or email me at byron[at]paraisoenterprises[dot]com .

I recently got the go ahead to start preparing a workshop and 5 week course in Blender for Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. The workshop and class will most likely take in March of 08 and depending how they go will be offered again and possibly of more advanced classes being introduced.
To compliment the classes a website is in the works that will contain content from the classes which will be freely available to the digital arts community. From videos and desktop publications to a repository with textures and rigged characters. Minus the class being online all the material which will be used or created for them will be. As of right now it just has an add up for the workshop and class that will be offered in the Spring.
While the website is far from completion one of the first tips and tricks documents is finished and I figured why wait to share it. The .pdf can be downloaded. Any request or suggestions for other tips and tricks publications, video or anything else really can be sent to info[at]digitalillusion[dot]us.
