In this tutorial, you'll learn how to import 2D logo vector files into Blender, convert them into a mesh, and turn them into a 3D model. I also go over some techniques on how to clean up your mesh to get a better end result.

  1. If you want things to come into Blender at a specific size, try this.
Set things up in Illustrator at the size you want or at some suitable scale.
    Scale to 125%.
    Centre at 0,0
    Save as .svg
Should import centred and at the correct size.
If you export your .svg from CorelDraw you don't need to do the 125% thing.
