Blender is at the German FMX Conference in Stuttgart this week. DingTo gives his impressions of the first day.

DingTo Writes:

The Demo Crew showed our latest improvements: the 2.5x project and of course Cycles. We received very good feedback and it was good to hear all the oppinions. We also got some tips from people coming from other software what we can improve in Blender to make it even more attractive.

We also gave away the awesome FMX DVDs we printed, people were very happy. Some of them were even surprised: “What, there is a full version of the program on the disc?!”

    Have fun at the conference, any chance you could mention what tips where given?

    Oh and I've heard you can get free drinks at the bar if you say the following :D

    "Ich habe eine große blaue Krake in meiner Lederhose"

    Viel Spaß bei der Konferenz, eine Chance die Sie erwähnen, welche Tipps gegeben, wo könnte? Oh, und ich habe gehört, können Sie kostenlos Getränke an der Bar bekommen, wenn Sie Folgendes sagen: D "Ich habe keinen Eine Grosse blaue Krake in meiner Lederhose"

    hi. my post isnt anyway related to FMX. i just stamble today when i have to use knife tool at blender 2.57. is there anyway we can include knife tool the same as 2.49? coz 2.49 cuts a straight line just like connecting dots. unlike knife at 2.57 you have to slide the mouse and of course its not a straight cut. specially diagonal cut. sory just have to voice out. thanks man!! chow!!

    hallo. mein Beitrag isnt sowieso zu FMX zusammen. Ich habe gerade stamble heute, wenn ich zu Messer-Werkzeug auf 2,57 Mixer verwenden. Gibt es trotzdem können wir Messer Werkzeug das gleiche wie 2,49 enthalten? coz 2,49 schneidet einer geraden Linie wie eine Verbindung Punkten. im Gegensatz zu Messer 2,57 Sie haben die Maus und natürlich die nicht einen geraden Schnitt gleiten. speziell diagonal geschnitten. sory nur noch Stimme. Dank Mann! Chow!

    haha sehr schön, dass ein paar Videos zu machen? Oh, und ich hoffe, sie erwähnte, dass Fase fehlt in der offiziellen bauen!
