Prophetic Sky (previously featured on BN for Townrs Defender) has just released Knights vs. Aliens, a "micro-strategy" game, where as an army of knights, your job is to capture and defend towers to repel an alien invasion.
They used Blender extensively in producing assets for the game, and they made a video showing how they used blender to render the character sprites for the game.

Will it be released for Android?
Nice. I'm with HoHUm .. Android would be nice.
No, no, Tadd, HoHum said "Android".
Was this game made with Unity or some other game engine?
Looks really nice.
Lol that is some sexy lens flare =P
This is interesting.
I have looked at there site.
It is well done.
I really appreciate the fact they have uploaded a tutorial.
It is good to see those who have benefited from Blender giving something back, in this case a tutorial.
Plants vs. Zombies, Stalin vs. Martians... This whole concept of taking two ridiculously unrelated things and making game out of them is becoming a bit tired already. It might be a good game, yes, but come on! Little more creativity with the setting, please.
Looks nice Oscar! Sorry I missed SeaBUG :(
Hey Blendernation Team,
Sorry to post this off topic, but when you click links from the main page it links you to /tutorials, instead of /links. The contact page seems to have some sort of magic contact button, but the spell effect duration seems to have worn off, and it links you back to the same page.
Hmmm... might buy it if the bears were...riding the lens flares
