I just discovered Kevandram's YouTube channel - he has a ton of high quality videos on using Grease Pencil and stylized rendering. In this video, he shows how to set up a Geometry Nodes system to interactively draw and bloom flowers. You can also jump straight to the result and download the .blend here.
I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

He's truly talented and I can't think of anyone better to display how powerful the Grease Pencil feature of Blender is. I used it the first time using one of Kevandram's tutorials and I absolutely loved it.
