That's a really nice way to do it. I just tried it in a sc-fi corridor scene of mine and it looks like someone set off a flare or a smoke grenade. I'll be using this one a lot.
Right? The fade out makes such a difference. Feels like real fog or smoke, like you said. Heavy, down on the ground.
