Welcome to a thorough tutorial on how to set up a material shader that is capable of animating Nanite Meshes without using any Bones or Skeletal Mesh. This technique allows us to bypass the limitations of Nanite by making use of the World Position Offset.

We are using Blender for Vertex Painting so we can set up Masks and then driving a Material Shader that allows animation in Unreal Engine.
