Here's my latest project, a real-time dystopian cyberpunk street. I created this scene with a mix of Blender's in-house modeling and texturing tools, as well as services like textures.com, Sketchfab, and Quixel Megascans.
I'm still not completely satisfied with a few aspects of this project, but I think it's polished enough to share. If you want to see my last more polished real-time demo, check it out on my YouTube.
Everything you see here is rendered in EEVEE, Blenders Real-time render engine, in an attempt to achieve photorealism in real-time inside of Blender, instead of exporting to external software such as Unreal Engine.
