He does make mention of the RTX A4000 being a great solution for animators. As someone with a relatively low budget and after all the research I've done, I have found the A4000 to be the best upgrade to my Geforce 1080 TI (the datasheets show it be 2.5x the performance upgrade with many additional features) in terms of price, performance, features, quality of components, and power usage.

The claim is that the A4000 is most similar to the 3070 ti but also the 3060 in other respects -- so using the above as a reference you can draw your own conclusions with the tear-down video of a 3070 below:
