Free add-on to speed up your renders: Super Fast Render
Kevin Lorengel presents his new add-on which optimizes your scene before rendering using a system of automatic and manual presets.
This Add-on optimizes your scene with a single click, for Blender 2.8 and above. SFR gives you several presets to one-click-optimize your scene!
How to use it: go to the render properties and select a preset!
Select between Manual and Automatic optimization. Manual optimization will provide you with 3 presets:
- SUPER – for the fastest render speed
- High – for a nice middle ground
- Beauty – for fast renders that still look gorgeous!
Automatic optimization is still in development, the road-plan is that it will benchmark your scene and determine based of the results what settings are the best for your scene.
