If you've ever used video elements (smoke, fire, etc.) inside of your 3d scenes you've encountered this problem. there's a visible line where the plane intersects the geometry.
this can actually be easily fixed by using the mist pass.

Annoying loud generic music. No.
Second the loud music and would add the constant motion of the "host" is distracting (esp for a vid less than a minute). While the execution is cute, stepping over BlenderUI for example, for a short video it's kinda a waste because of one simple biological fact: our eyes are drawn to motion and the "Host" is sucking all the attention away from the UI elements that should be the star of this show, but are just mere background as the Host shows cool tricks with interacting with the Blender ui. This kind of thing would be great as a Introduction video to a longer series.
Mervin has an engaging voice and uses it well, but this is just another example of "why do we have to have the instructor on the video?" style of tutorial. I can see it at the begining and end, but usually the insert of the host takes up too much space, in some instances it just obscures crucial parts of the UI that the host mentions.
I do hope to see more videos from Mervin, hopefully less "showy" and more "informy".
Hey all!
I got so much of the music feedback that I deleted the original and uploaded a new one. Here's the new link
