  1. Why do we have to do these renaming just to get the model from one software to another. Shouldn't the software renames it for us? Why are developers to this to themselves and their users?

    • with batch rename thing, is more faster to the program to identify the meshes, because the meshes may vary in polycount (e.g that both objects are technically HP, but one more than the other, so the program wouldn't know which is the one you want to bake) depending on the usage for the result bake along the mesh, you can use other software like Xnormal and select manually hp and lp and bake...
