Join all your pieces together, set the rotation mode to Quaternion (WXYZ), then set the origin point to the centre of the object. Then split by loose parts and they'll all inherit that centre origin point and rotation mode. It's quicker than selecting each object one by one in this scenario.
To reverse you keyframes, go to the dope sheet, select all your keyframes and press "S, -1" (scale minus one) and it'll reverse all of your frames relative to your current frame number. (Moving the mouse after pressing S to scale your keyframes would speed up or slow down the animation). Press G (grab) to move the keyframes along the timeline if necessary.
With the node wrangler addon enabled in the compositor, you can hold control+shift and left click a node and it'll put a viewer node in for you.
