Particle City - Part 7 - Adding Weather To Big Scenes

In Part 7 we begin creating cool weather effects for our massive scene. Usually, you would use volumetrics to create clouds and fog, but that can lead to extremely slow render times. With this technique you can create realistic looking atmosphere without the slow render times of volumetrics. We create a cool little shader that simulates cloud and fades out when it approaches other geometry or the camera so you never clip through it!
