Tip Four was Amazing!!!
Why do people use the term 'hack' in this way.. this is basic blender functionality being used exactly the way it was intended. 'hack' implies you are taking one feature and using it in some unconventional yet beneficial way.
It's good info for sure, but these are beginner tips, not 'hacks'
I guess one could say the people who use the word in that incorrect way are hacks themselves
...and they're still attract views this way. The word "hack" is just a marketing tool now.
The definition of the word hack (as I used it) is in the dictionary now.
Hack, noun (informal)>
"a strategy or technique for managing one's time or activities more efficiently".
so using a built-in tool exactly the way it is intended is a strategy for managing one's activities more efficiently? apparently I've been hacking my email every day! :P
PS: clearly I'm being pedantic (my specialty), thanks for taking the time to reply- I hope you didn't take any offense :)
I'm not offended at all. And to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the title either. But I already have videos with "tips" and "features" in the title, and I didn't want to confuse my subscribers.
