      I don't have such a tutorial, sounds like it would not fit in one minute ;-)
      But you should check out the Youtube channels of Blender Guru, CG Boost, Gleb Alexandrov, CG Cookie, Aidy Burrows... those are excellent tutorial channels where you may find your answer!
