Looks great! Gives me spontaneous the idea for further developements where the add on lets you define all the limits for all your constraints visualy! Wouldnd it be cool and much more easily to apply, if you could just rotate/move or scale the given element to the point where you want it to be constrainted, copy the numbers from the display, paste it to the right place and viola, you are done!
But, so far so cool, its an awesome start!

it's no hard to implement , at least for some types of constraints.
Actually you even don't need copy and paste anything.
Just start modal operator , move/rotate/scale everything you want ,press Enter and min and max deviations of objects will be applied as constraint limits automatically.
The only thing left is to write such operator :)
