  1. Eevee is impressive so far, Still a bit buggy. I tried to attach a texture to a wall it didn't work. Cycles took 6 min at 50 samples to render with Eevee it was real time. No problem positioning the Camera.

  2. Did some eevee testing last night. It looks amazing, and renders in real time, wow. I can't wait for it to replace BI, for my game workflow. I did have a concern that just moving around in the viewport made my poor old gtx 570 absolutely scream in pain. It sounded like I was playing call of duty on full settings almost the entire time I was using it.

Buy two used GTX 750ti on ebay, should be under $150 total and you will be rendering way faster (and 750ti is low wattage so you shouldn't have to replace your power supply). Or just buy one 750ti and use the two cards. I do that with one 560ti + one 750ti and I can knock out the Blenchmark scene as fast as one of the single higher end cards. 780ti is also getting cheap on ebay but power consumption is pretty high.
