I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

Thanks Bart, and wow, wish I knew how to make eyeballs follow you in Sketchfab. I assume the cel shading is the inverted normals trick? Great job eveyone and wow on the first piece by lussport.
The trick to creating following eyes it to make them concave instead of convex. You won't see the difference, but the motion suggests they move to follow you.
And yes, you can use flipped normals for outline shading. Here's a tutorial: https://blog.sketchfab.com/creating-a-cartoon-outline-for-sketchfab/
Tip: pause the animation on the character and press '5' to enable the wireframe display (or select it from the gear menu -> rendering) . That way you can study the geometry.
Seeing the optical illusion of the eyes following you around being used in 3D models is kinda cool to see.
If you want to see a real-life application of the same effect you should search "amazing t-rex illusion" on youtube. It's pretty cool.
