Jayanam demonstrates the Object Carve MT add-on, which comes bundled with 2.78.
Here is a short tutorial and showoff for the addon MT Carve and Create from Pixivore to cut away parts of your model like you perhaps know it from applications like ZBrush or 3D-Coat.
You don't need to download the addon from an external page, it is included in the 2.78 delivery.

Just a correction: Cedric Lepiller is credited because he helped, but the one who created and developped the Carver MT addon is Pixivore.

Indeed, All I did was testing and reporting bugs, no code on this one.
I should not be credited in the addon autors.
