Blender Guyz is a blender resource group comprised of myself (Garrison) and Ethan Hill. We started our adventure into blender about three years ago. Our first experience with blender was not a great one... We downloaded blender then after several hours of unsuccessfully accomplishing anything we gave up, called the program a loser, and ditched it. Unfortunately (or should we say fortunately) we had already caught the bug....So...a couple weeks later we found a tutorial on how to make “Gus” the gingerbread man. After completing that we swallowed up every tutorial we could lay our hands on. Now, we create tutorials ourselves covering many things including tips and tricks we wish we'd have known when we started.
I recently placed as a finalist in Andrew Prices Christmas Contest (the penguin entry). That was so much fun we decided to host our own contest...thus....The Blender Guyz Courage Competition!
