Michael Moore created his web portfolio with Blender, giving him more freedom to present his work in an attractive manner.
Hello everyone,
I recently set out to create a project portfolio. Rather than take photos (which would have been difficult), or just place 2D images against a background, I used Blender to display each project in a unique way. For example, to better show the user experience of a video game, I used Blender to show the game in first person view. All of the images are modeled, textured, and rendered in Blender/Cycles.
I'll be adding more projects when I have the time. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or comments.
Thank you to all the Blender devs and the community. Its an amazing tool, and a great group of people.

The link of the portfolio isn't working (if it meant to be a link).
Fixed, thanks!
Really cool! That's a really cool and innovated way to present a portfolio.
Hi Michael, really nice presentation. However, loading the images took ages and that's ruining the experience. I don't know if it is image size of server resources. I suggest you take a closer look at the performance.
Site performance was good for me from my high speed home WiFi
Some images are close to 1 mb... it's the image size.
It looks neat though
There are definitely optimizations that need to be made (caching, files). Still a work in progress and thanks for the feedback
Awesome portfolio Mike. I especially like the meetup logo. ;o)
Thanks Stirling. I've still got several to add. Meetup banner is currently my desktop BG
this is standard on behance... so nothink new :>
Looks nice! I agree that the images should be web optimized though. People give up on a site pretty quickly if it doesn't load fast enough.
It's pretty slow for me, but I'm not turning my back.
Reeeeally inspiring, reeeealy good.
