Tired of dealing with non-planar quads? Want to flatten some vertices to an axis that isn't necessarily one of the 3 boring cardinal ones? Perfectly happy with the surface normals of the polygons you already have?

I have a LONG history with Blender - I wrote some of the earliest Blender tutorials, worked for Not a Number and helped run the crowdfunding campaign that open sourced Blender (the first one on the internet!). I founded BlenderNation in 2006 and have been editing it every single day since then ;-) I also run the Blender Artists forum and I'm Head of Community at Sketchfab.

    Very cool add-on, Mark.
I'm going to have to revisit some previously abandoned projects because of this.
    Thanks!

  2. I've got Blender 2.68 on 64bit Windows. I put the .py file into different locations: \scripts, \scripts\addons, \python\lib and tried User Preferences > Install from file. The add-on doesn't appear anywhere in Blender. What do I have to do to install it?
