I just tried it out. Make planar was one of the missing links for me and this add-on seems to fill the gap. Great work.

I think it’s cool! And need to be included in the standard modelling set of Blender IMHO.
The video doesn’t give justice how great and useful this addon is!

I’ve got Blender 2.68 on 64bit Windows. I put the .py file into different locations: \scripts, \scripts\addons, \python\lib and tried User Preferences > Install from file. The add-on doesn’t appear anywhere in Blender. What do I have to do to install it?
