Interested in learning about video making? Then maybe you should visit Video School, a library of video making tutorials and related techniques.
Max Hammond writes:
Vimeo, "the video hosting service" has been creating a library of video making tutorials. Although they focus on traditional set based shots and technics they have a large number of video editing and software videos that include Blender. Most are user submitted but it seems like a good place to find infomation about filmmaking and editing in general. Especially as Blender and its users have started to venture out of the computer rooms and into the streets in order to capture footage for the new motion tracking and VFX features.

Good grief. I was doing some field work for a job in Biology several years ago.
I had nightmare after nightmare about looping ropes.
If only I had known this ...
Very very good , thanks. that will be my best bookmark
Cool to see these videos mentioned here, I've watched and downloaded a few of them before and they seem pretty good. The ones I've seen are not groundbreaking, per se, but there are a lot of really neat tips to be found.
