Also take a look at his "Rooms" short movie. This one has a great combination of raw 3d animation and post production NPR effects.
Enjoy.

sorry to put it so bluntly, but a showreel shouldn't contain obvious errors such as overlapping walls/bad lighting. Look at 0:40, the tower to the left is flickering.
Other than that I think it's a succesfull showreel, gratz!
You mean on the right?
loved the 'rooms' short. great visual narrative arc and pacing and distinctive look and feel
Great Kuba!
if the image of the castle at 00:39 was made to look realistic, they definitely failed
Nice Demo reel, you combined different styles 3D , 2D with different types of render settings, I think that is great.
The only thing I guess you should correct is the flickering tower on the left, it really kills your demo reel. Other than that I think you are very skilled and ready for production.
( Try adding an "Split Modifier" to that tower and re-render that shot )
The entire reel reminded me of Flashback (Video Game).... would be nice if they made a sequel and it look like these graphics.
Wow Awesome I'm on Blender Nation:). Thanks for comments, really appreciate:). I agree with the critique. Flickering is a obvious fault - when you work on long movie by yourself it's easy to get errors like that. Someone could say that i've made Rooms this "way", just to get away with flickering image;D - joke:D. Regardless - I've used that shot in the reel to underline wide range of styles I've tried to explore in this animations. Always looking for some new visual/formal approaches, but making everything by myself doesn't help.
Castle wasn't a photo realistic movie - it's a part of a film made for a museum which involves two types of animation(you can watch it on vimeo). One is stylized reconstruction and one is cut out animation(building site with lots of characters). Also the castle is the only project I've worked with some more people(it's noted at the end of reel) but it's duration (11 minutes) is a killer...;) - approx. 3 months of work wasn't enough. But I've learned a lot:) as always.
cheers
