    It is *truly* lovely to see so many people posting from so many parts of the world. It's something of a sign of hope for humanity that, when it comes even to something so 'trivial' as open source software (such as Blender) at least, there aren't any 'differences' (politics, religion, etc) between us. That we can cooperate across social, economic, and language barriers to contribute to something that is so much more than the sum of its parts is a Very Good Thing.

    Noone else has said what they're looking forward to this year, so here goes..... I'm looking forward to Farsthary's implementation of his Volumetrics this year! It's gonna be awesome!
