Mark Rooks has updated his Blender Voice Command add-on.
I have just recently added 230 commands for the node editor. The majority of these allow you to add shader, compositing, and texture nodes.

Not the most useful feature, but man... that is badass!

Trust me, you have no idea how badly I want to see a Hololens version of Blender. Honestly, I wish the devs were already in contact with Microsoft and working on it so that we'd be out there the day of release.
Hey, I find this quite useful, actually. Because perhaps one day, there will even be a voice-operated Blender for the physically-impaired!
