Blender animation "The Hungry Microbiome" finalist in world science visualisation competition

Christopher Hammang’s scientific video ‘The Hungry Microbiome’ has been nominated for the National Science Foundation’s World Science Visualisation competition.

The Hungry Microbiome, made using blender and the cycles render engine, has been selected in the top 10 finalists in the National Science Foundation visualisation challenge (The Vizzies) and could go on to win first prize. You can vote now to help it become the people’s choice winner as well.
