And why exactly did you use Cinema 3D .. ?
It's not forbidden of course, but why.. if you already use Blender.. this could easily be done.
And actually the human deformation is possible in Blender too.. with hooks or bones, although I probably would do that in AE too, just because it's easier to edit something without rendering again. :)
