I'm not satisfied with the final result of the hair, it gave me a lot of problems and I cannot make a rig for the hair. But I don't see other way to make the hair and I don't want spent more time in this model for now. Maybe in a future I'll change the hair with other style.

Software: Zbrush, Blender and a few of post-pro with Photoshop

    Very important point here: can multiple armatures connect to each other in a object relations sequence? It would be great to have a single head/body armature, and then be able to attach wig armatures to it dynamically.  This would really make underwater and wind hair effects work easily, and all is needed is a UV alpha map for the strands.

    Polygon hair never goes out of fashion. Particles are in vogue but polys are timeless and an give some great, controllable and flexible results as well as faster render times.
