My only minor critique is that the background to the left is still a bit empty. It's still very good though.
Perhaps you could put some trees in there.

Everything looks realistic. The pool is fantastic, as well as the bushes.
However I see some weird curvature of the whole picture that does not look quite real, from one corner to the next one makes it look a bit fake.

By the way, looks like an archaic version of Blender has been used. Is it 2.2 or something?
