It should sit under the new 'Add Modifier' button so you can use both at your leisure.
Install it like any other addon - Edit - Preferences - Add-ons - Install.....Choose the .Zip folder and hit 'Install'

Much useful in terms of backwards compatibility.
It's available at artstation as well. Perfect addon, love it.
