Creating a Meteor Strike in Blender: VFX Breakdown

Hey everyone! This is a vfx breakdown of a meteor strike test shot we created using simulation and a variety of compositing techniques in Blender. The effect includes camera projection, camera noise modifiers, particle effects, fire/fluid simulation, and bit of layer compositing with different techniques to achieve a more photo-realistic result!
