Washington writes:

I am glad to introduce you Easy House Scatter, a tool all geometry based that allows you to easily scatter houses and other elements in such organized way that simulate neighbohood for composition in exterior scenes. Very useful for archviz scenes and other 3D aplications. Easy to use and funny to play with.

The release version brings 10 North American style houses with material randomization per copy, helping to trick the eyes on randomization and helping artists to achieve more beliavable surroundings for their projects.

If you get that, then all future updates will be free forever. More houses, buildings, styles and improvements to come.
