The add-on features curve drawing and box modeling modes, as well as the ability to use OSM data to directly transform them into great-looking cities. Here's a video by AskNK showcasing it in action:

You might prefer to pay a bit for the add-on to support its development. However, it is completely voluntary. The source code of the plugin is available under the GPL license! At least you can't get it from Finland. I've been trying to get the osm addon to check out Blenrer, but no luck. Just asking for money.
