Skillshare has a really bad pricing policy.
Malaysia one year fee 29.88 US dollars
But... Taiwan costs $99 a year
The difference is more than three times,
So even though Skillshare has been doing a lot of advertising, I still don't want to choose Skillshare's courses, I would rather go to Udemy
So... you dislike them because they make their trainings more affordable in a low-wage country?
I think there must be different salaries between countries, but the pricing method of Skillshare is not reasonable. I would rather go to Udemy to buy the courses I need instead of paying by annual or monthly payment. I think it is more reasonable.
Another daunting problem with Skillshare is that, regardless of whether you take a course or not, when your trial is over and you don't cancel the payment, it will charge you and it will not be refunded.
There is also an option for Gumroad & Udemy near the end of the course descriptions :)
Yes, I've been buying courses on Udemy and have bought over 10 courses so far, most of them from Blender.
