How to make Multiple Planes always Face the Camera

In this video I'm showing you how to make planes always face the camera, aka how to billboard planes like you see in old games (grass planes). I'm using this technique on floating planes that make the animation a bit more interesting.

I'm covering two situations in this video when the camera is moving (copy rotation constraint) and when the object is moving (track to constraint).
