Everything is fully procedural, duplicates are randomized, you can use masks to control the effect's shape and I prepared a bunch of presets for each shader (fire, smoke, and rain), to give you a headstart.
I made it mainly for indie animators, illustrators, comic-book authors, and basically anybody, who's interested in some delicate stylized CGI.
