This is a scene I’ve been working on recently, to incorporate some of the models I built. The setting is inspired by some of the environments in Solo. For the displacement of the surface water behind the tug vehicle, I made use of dynamic paint. Everything built and rendered in Blender (cycles), textures made in Substance Painter.

WOW....this is excellent. This is what I strive for.
Really nice work! :)
Some small things to nitpick about....
The camera movement in the end is a bit odd, it feels jerky. And the little dudes are not moving.
Thanks Rob, you are correct about the camera move at the end. That should have been clipped. The figures do move, but as they are small and partly obscured, it’s difficult to spot. Some walking around would have been more effective.
Wow Neil, this is absolutely incredible work! Aside from the great modeling and texturing... How did you get your cycles renders so clean and noise free!? I'm just starting out with cycles and would love any hints (no matter how small) if you have the time!
