KeyMesh "Digital Stop Motion" Add-on Released!

2

KeyMesh made a splash when it was first announced a few months back, and now we finally get to try it with an alpha version of the add-on just releasing!

KeyMesh promises to be a revolutionary addition to animation workflows. Instead of traditional rig-based animation, the mesh itself would be deformed using one of the many powerful sculpting (and other) tools and keyframed, in a sort of "Digital Stop Motion" or "3D frame by frame" workflow.

Daniel Martinez Lara, one of the creators of this addon alongside Pablo Dobarro, has created a great series of videos introducing the concept and the addon.
