Hello friends!
I've the pleasure to present you our new video "Torres da Concertina - Comboio da Beira Baixa".
It was made with Blender 2.90 from green screen removal up to final encoding. Rendered with Eevee.
On it you'll see a top skilled young diatonic accordionist * , Torres da Concertina (my nephew in law) playing a popular theme, called "O Comboio da Beira Baixa (The Train of Beira Baixa)"on top of a speeding train.
The musician is real, all the rest is not. All made in about one month (real time).
Torres da Concertina, a.k.a. Pedro Torres is a self-taught diatonic accordionist that started learning the concertina (about one year ago) and makes it look like it has been 60 years of practice. A truly outstanding young man and a pleasure to work with!
We felt that he deserved a video to match is high level skills and hopefully it was what we made.
* Diatonic accordionist: the player of a Portuguese folklore instrument know locally as "concertina".

Hey There! Thank you very much for featuring the article! If someone has any doubt I'll be around! :)
Hello Rogper!
Fantastic work and what a concertina player! What a great feeling to watch these arts 'blended' together. Thank you!!
All the best from Brasil.
Hello Andrey! Thank you very much for your nice words! A Friend of my also mentioned that they are both air powered, the locomotive and the concertina, so I guess that there are many layers of "blending" happening here :D
